Shipping Method;
Standard shipping will be shipped most likely shipped by 1st Class Mail, 4th Class Mail or Parcel Direct. If the product is heavy it may be shipped by FedEx or UPS. The standard shipping method is determined by
BeautyNeeds.com based on the
size and weight of the package.
2nd Day Air and 3 Day Air;
2nd Day Air not available on liquids or items weighing over 20 pounds. 2nd Day Air
and 3rd Day Air orders must be placed by 1:00 P.M. Eastern time. 2nd Day Air and 3rd Day Air will be shipped by FedEx or UPS depending
on the carrier's pick up and delivery schedule. UPS and FedEx do not deliver 2nd Day Air or 3rd Day Air packages on week-ends.
Where We Ship To;
We ship to addresses within the United States, possessions and territories of the United States, APO, FPO and military addresses. There will be additional shipping charges to orders going to Alaska and Hawaii.
Refused/Undeliverable Address;
If you
chose to “refuse” a shipment with out contacting us for a “RMA Number” we will
be forced to charge you the cost of the return. If
we receive a package back that states that the package was undeliverable due to
the address. We will credit you back the full amount less the shipping
charges you were charged or $5.95 if you received free shipping.
Credits and Reshipments
We will not re-ship or credit you for packages that have a delivery confirmation.
